Today, we worked on the prononciation "ill" and "o" . Together, we find a list of words with these sounds (in the binder). Here is the list, they will need to practice at home for the next spelling test:
Son "ill": bille, fille, paille, cheville, taille, grille, maillot.
Son "o": mot, pot, notre.
eau, beau, chapeau, gâteau, bateau.
autre, faute, chaud.
Then, on p. 66, the kids described the images, read and listened to the song "je pars en vacances..."
With the map of the world I gave (in the binder), we looked at different countries that we know and wrote the ones that are "feminin" and the ones that are "masculin".
In the binder, the kids wrote where they wanted to go: je pars en (si le pays est feminin)...Je pars au (si le pays est masculin), il va faire chaud ou froid.... J'emporte dans ma valise...
For next week, practice the words above and if you have time, do the exercises p.58 and 59.
