We started this New Year talking about food. Yum!
We also welcomed a new student, Félix who lived a year in Paris.
On p.16 of our book, we talked and wrote specialties about different regions in France, then specialties about the region where you or the grandparents came from. They learned how to express
to someone where they come from : "je viens de ...".
We practiced some vocabulary p.17 with a comprehension of a text and exercises p.14 (exercise book).
For next week, I gave a copy (in the binder) where the students can write some vocabulary below the images of food. It will be beneficial if they try to spell the words without looking at the book.
And, finally, we continued on the tradition of the "galette des rois" with Anaïs the queen and Fabrice the angel. Thanks to Valérie who baked these delicious galettes.
